The short version. Right now this site does one thing: it takes your name and email so we can tell you when the Finish Strong Challenge opens. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The challenge itself is fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice, so talk to your doctor before you start.

1. What you are agreeing to
By using challenge.calibabyfit.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use the site. You need to be 18 or older.
How we handle your information is a separate page: our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
2. The waitlist
Joining the list is free and it is not a purchase, a reservation or a place held for you. It means one thing: we will email you when the challenge opens, and occasionally before that with something we think helps.
You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. We may also remove an address ourselves if it bounces, if it was clearly not typed by a person, or if someone marks our email as spam, because those are the things that stop our emails reaching everyone else.
Give us an email address that is yours. Signing someone else up is not a prank we can fix for them.
3. Health, and why this is not medical advice
Cali Baby shares fitness, nutrition and mindset guidance based on experience and training.It is not medical advice, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment. We are not your doctors and this does not create a doctor patient relationship.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, if you take medication, or if you have a heart condition, diabetes, an eating disorder, an injury or any ongoing health issue. If something hurts, stop. If something feels wrong, get seen.
You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own choices about your body.
4. If you buy the challenge
Payment is handled by an external payment provider. Their form is embedded in our checkout page, so what you type in it goes straight to them and we never see your card number. Their own terms also apply to the transaction. The price, what is included, the start date, and any guarantee will be stated on the sales page at the time you buy, and that is what governs your purchase.
Access is personal. It is for you, not for a group, and it is not for reselling.
If the challenge does not run at all, you get your money back in full. Anything beyond that will be written on the sales page before you pay, in plain language, including whatever the refund window is.
5. What is ours, and what you can do with it
The workouts, meal guides, videos, text, photos, the Cali Baby name and the logo belong to Cali Baby. Buying the challenge buys you the right to use the material yourself, for as long as the program runs and afterwards for your own training.
What you cannot do is share your access, copy the material for other people, resell it, or use it to run your own program. That is the one thing that would end access without a refund.
6. Using the site properly
Do not try to break into the site, submit the form automatically, scrape it, or use it to send anyone anything they did not ask for. We keep a temporary, scrambled record of connections purely to stop that kind of thing, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. What we are and are not responsible for
We work to keep the site up and the emails arriving, but we cannot promise either will be perfect. Services go down and inboxes filter things.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you paid us and something goes wrong, our responsibility is capped at what you paid.
8. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute belongs to the courts of California. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.
9. Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects something you have already paid for, we will tell you by email first.
