Finish Strong Challenge Terms
Version 2026-10-v2 · Last updated: October 7, 2026
The short version. The Finish Strong Challenge is a six week exercise and general nutrition education program, from Monday, October 12 to Sunday, November 22, 2026. You fill in a start form and one check in a week, each with three progress photos from the neck down, never your face. Cali and her authorized team review them, and by accepting these terms you also let Cali share them, never showing your face, to celebrate your progress. This is guidance, not medical care: talk to a professional before you start if your health calls for it.
The Challenge is organized by BAC United, operating under the Cali Baby brand (“Cali Baby”, “we”, “us”). Contact:support@calibabyfit.com.
These terms supplement our Terms of Use and ourPrivacy Policy. For the specific conditions of this Challenge, this page controls if it conflicts with the general terms. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle data. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow you to waive.

1. Who can join
You must be 18 or older, give true information about yourself and hold a valid Challenge enrollment. One enrollment is one person, and your access is personal and can't be transferred. Owning only the Meal Guide is not an enrollment in the Challenge. Don't submit another person's data or photos.
2. Dates and time zone
The Challenge begins on Monday, October 12 and ends on Sunday,November 22, 2026. All dates and times follow the Los Angeles time zone (America/Los_Angeles), including the daylight saving change on November 1. Each week opens on its date.

3. What enrollment includes
Enrollment includes The Anti-Inflammatory Meal Guide, the Bikini Body workout guide, one live home workout every week with its replay, a group call every two weeks, and your dashboard to fill in your forms and see your progress. The names of the guides don't promise to treat any disease or any particular physical result.
Premium Coaching and Elite Coaching are optional upgrades, included only if you buy them. What each one includes, and its conditions, are the ones described in the offer when you buy it. Elite includes everything in Premium. An upgrade bought during the Challenge doesn't replay sessions that already happened, unless the offer says so.
Access to the dashboard, materials and replays lasts for the period shown in the offer when you bought. Keeping your data for 12 months (section 12) doesn't mean access lasts 12 months.
4. Your start form
Before your first check in you fill in the start form. It asks for your age, height, weight, goal, where and when you can train, your experience, any injuries or limitations, and any food restrictions or allergies, plus three progress photos: front, side and back.
Premium and Elite may also ask for your waist and hip measurements and more about your goals, routine, sleep, stress and food preferences. Elite may also ask what equipment you have. Give only what is needed: don't attach medical records or anyone else's information.
The start form is sent once and can't be edited afterwards. If you spot a mistake, or want to correct your information, write to us: we correct it without silently replacing the original record. If you buy an upgrade later, you fill in only its extra part.
5. Weekly check ins
Each week you can send a check in with your current weight, a few short answers andthree new photos (front, side and back). Premium and Elite add their measurements and extra questions. Check your answers before you send: a check in can't be edited afterwards.
Each week closes on Sunday at 11:59 pm, Los Angeles time. A late check in is still saved for your progress, marked as late. If a confirmed failure of our platform stops you from sending it, we apply the same fix to everyone affected and tell you.
You can add questions for the group calls. Premium and Elite questions go first, as their offer says. Filling in a form never requires you to train against medical advice or to do anything unsafe.
6. Photos and permissions
- From the neck down, never your face, in workout clothes that cover your intimate areas. No nudity, other people or documents. Where you can, avoid backgrounds, tattoos or other details that could identify you: a photo without a face can still identify someone.
- What we do to every photo: before we store it, we remove its location and other private metadata (the camera and phone details), and we save it in a lighter format.
- Who sees them: you, Cali and the team members she authorizes to review them. They are stored privately, with no public link, and they are never shown to other participants. The providers that host our service process them only to run it, as the Privacy Policy explains.
- Cali and her team reviewing your photos is part of the service you ask for. A photo in a form you already sent can't be replaced; you can ask us to correct or delete it. Don't edit photos to misrepresent your progress.
- Sharing your progress. By accepting these terms, you allow Cali to share your progress photos, never showing your face, and never with your name, username or health answers, on our websites, social media and emails, to celebrate your progress and our programs.
- If you change your mind, write to us. We stop any new use and take down the posts under our control. We can't guarantee the removal of copies or reposts made by other people. We never sell your photos or your health data.
7. Sessions and replays
Schedules, links and replays are posted in your dashboard. If we have to move a session, we tell you in the dashboard and by email, with the alternative. Not being able to attend live doesn't by itself give you an extra individual session.
We may record workouts and calls so participants can watch the replay, and before recording we say what is captured. You can keep your camera and microphone off and use the question channel. Don't share medical or other sensitive information in a group session. We never publish a recording of participants to promote anything without separate permission.
The materials are licensed to you for personal, non commercial use during your access period. Don't share your login, resell, redistribute or post the recordings and materials without permission. This doesn't restrict uses the law allows, or honest opinions and reviews.
8. Health and safety
The program offers education and general guidance on exercise and food. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment, medical care or a guaranteed result. Coaching, even when personal, doesn't replace a health professional.
Talk to a qualified professional before you start if your health calls for it, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding, or have an injury, an illness or take medication. Adapt the activity to what you can do and follow your professional's advice. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort, and get care when you need it.
Physical activity has risks, and you agree to take part responsibly. This doesn't exclude responsibilities or rights that the law doesn't allow to be limited. The Challenge doesn't require you to buy supplements and doesn't guarantee weight loss or any particular transformation.
9. The community
Take part with respect. No harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized advertising, or sharing another participant's photos or details. We may moderate content and limit access to the community for serious breaches.
If you use an external messaging platform, its own terms and privacy settings apply too, and other members may see what you share there. Don't post your private tracking photos in the community unless you want to share them.
10. Payments, cancellations and refunds
The price, currency, taxes, discounts and any guarantee are the ones shown in the offer and at checkout. Payment is handled by an external payment provider; we never see your card number. There is no subscription or automatic renewal unless it is clearly shown and you accept it separately.
If Cali Baby cancels the Challenge and doesn't run it, we refund in full what you paid for the Challenge and for any upgrade linked to this edition, never as a forced credit. We tell you how and when; how long the money takes to arrive also depends on the payment provider.
Any other request follows the policy and guarantees shown when you bought, and the rights the law gives you. This is not a blanket no refund rule, and it doesn't remove claims for services that weren't delivered. If something goes wrong, write to us with the email you paid with.
You can always use your rights with your bank or payment provider. While a payment is disputed, the access it paid for may be paused, and we tell you why and how to ask for a review. If the payment is upheld, that access comes back; if it is reversed or refunded, the access tied to that amount ends. Other purchases that are still valid are not affected.
11. Suspension and end of access
Access ends when the period you bought ends, or when the payment behind it is reversed. We may also limit it for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful redistribution or serious breaches. When it is reasonable, we tell you and give you a chance to fix it or ask for a review; we may act at once for a security risk or harm to others.
A suspension doesn't by itself remove refund rights, guarantees or legal remedies. Deleting your photos doesn't cancel a purchase. If you take back data a feature needs, we explain which feature can't continue and what alternatives you have.
12. Your information and how long we keep it
We handle your account and purchase details, your start and weekly answers, measurements, the health information you give us and your photos, along with when you sent them, your consents and your access activity. We use them to run the Challenge, show your progress, give you the coaching you bought and protect the platform. We never sell your photos or health data, or use them to target advertising. Accepting these terms doesn't subscribe you to marketing emails.
- Where: with our data provider, on servers in the United States, in private storage with limited access. The Privacy Policy lists the kinds of providers we use. No system can promise absolute security.
- For how long: your photos and tracking answers are kept for up to12 months after the Challenge ends, and no later thanNovember 22, 2027, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires otherwise. Payment and consent records are kept separately, only as long as they are needed.
- Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or take back a permission, by writing to us. We may check it's really you. If you ask us to delete your photos, they are deleted within 30 days of your request.
13. Versions, changes and contact
This page shows its version and date, and we keep the version you accepted. A material change is published as a new version and announced, and when needed we ask you to accept it again before the affected features continue. An update never takes back benefits you already bought.
The English and Spanish versions say the same thing, and a translation difference is never used to reduce your rights. For questions, problems or privacy requests:support@calibabyfit.com.
